Tour de Taiwan on e-Hand Bike

Wind God is a cycle group formed by people with lower limb disabilities. It is not easy for them to travel by themselves. FLCA helped the group organize a trip around Taiwan (roughly 1000 km) by power assisted hand bike. This is the second year FLCA worked together with the group so that these handicapped riders can challenge themselves, and have the wonderful memories of a lifetime.
FLCA is keen to promote cycling in every way, and to all people. The overall cycling environment is not friendly to handicapped people in Taiwan yet. But, with extra assistance, they can still enjoy the fun of cycling.
